A personal food diary that feels like texting a friend about your meal.

Food diary app interface showing meal logging

Your Food captures not just what you ate, but where, with whom, how it felt, and why it mattered—with minimal friction.

The Problem

Existing food tracking apps are either:

  • Too clinical: Calorie trackers that reduce food to numbers
  • Too scattered: Photos buried in camera rolls with no searchability
  • Too demanding: Apps that require extensive data entry, killing the moment

The Solution

The AI handles the tedious parts: detecting food from photos, learning your locations, parsing natural language. You just share what happened.

Two distinct flows optimize for cooking at home vs. eating out. Over time, the app becomes a searchable record of your food life—surfacing patterns, memories, and insights you’d never notice otherwise.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React + TypeScript + Tailwind
  • Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth + Storage)
  • AI: Claude API for vision and natural language parsing
  • Hosting: Vercel
